Our service offers 24-hour support for families with children aged from birth to seven years. Parents may be stepping down from fostering arrangements, parenting assessments or residential care. This is not simply a place to stay, it is a space to grow in confidence and put parenting into practice. We do not conduct formal assessments . Instead, we support parents with encouragement, consistency and structure. Our staff are here to help you make positive, lasting progress. You will be treated with respect and dignity throughout your time with us. Together, we take the next step forward — for you and your child.
About Us
Many parents complete intensive placements or assessments but still need structured support before moving on to full independence. Our service was created to fill this important gap.
Parent and Child Step-down Accommodation provides a vital bridge between high intervention and unsupported parenting. Our homely setting allows families to embed routines, build resilience and develop confidence in a real-life environment, with staff available at all times.

Practice DirectorBola leads the service and oversees safeguarding decisions, bringing over 10 years of experience in fostering and parent-child placements. She ensures our work stays focused on safety, respect, and family well-being.
Rahema Mohammed
Service ManagerRahema is your go-to for day-to-day running of the service. A qualified child psychologist, she handles referrals, placement planning, and monthly review meetings.

Company SecretaryElla keeps the paperwork right, but she’s also a warm, familiar face in the background. She manages key documents, HR processes and supports the team to stay compliant and organised.
