Many parents complete intensive placements or assessments but still need structured support before moving on to full independence. Our service was created to fill this important gap.
Parent and Child Step-down Accommodation provides a vital bridge between high intervention and unsupported parenting. Our homely setting allows families to embed routines, build resilience and develop confidence in a real-life environment, with staff available at all times.
We are proudly inclusive and multicultural. Our team and service reflect the diversity of the families we support. We embrace difference and expect our environment, including environment, staff, and resources, to represent a full range of cultures, identities and family structures. Everyone deserves to feel seen and respected.
At Parent and Child Step-down Accommodation Ltd, we know that parenting is personal, and so is support. That’s why we make it a priority to introduce ourselves properly. Whether you’re a parent joining us or a professional placing a family, we want you to feel confident in who we are, what we do, and how we work.
Bola leads the service and oversees safeguarding decisions, bringing over 10 years of experience in fostering and parent-child placements. She ensures our work stays focused on safety, respect, and family well-being.
Rahema is your go-to for day-to-day running of the service. A qualified child psychologist, she handles referrals, placement planning, and monthly review meetings.
Ella keeps the paperwork right, but she’s also a warm, familiar face in the background. She manages key documents, HR processes and supports the team to stay compliant and organised.
Egberta helps review all policies, legal processes and reporting formats. She ensures we’re meeting regulations and safeguarding standards, quietly working behind the scenes to keep everything secure.
