- Information provided by social workers, placing authorities or legal teams
- Records of your contact with us, including phone calls and emails
- Observations and logs from your time at the accommodation (where applicable)
We only collect information necessary to deliver our services safely and effectively.
How We Use Your Information
- Support your placement and ensure your child’s safety and wellbeing
- Liaise with professionals (e.g. social workers, legal representatives)
- Record progress and share updates as required by your care plan
- Respond to safeguarding concerns
- Improve our service through feedback and review
We will always explain what information is being collected and why, unless there is a legal safeguarding reason not to.
Who We Share It With
- Your placing authority or referring professional
- Independent professionals involved in your care (e.g. health visitors)
- Statutory agencies where required by law (e.g. Ofsted or LADO)
We never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
Storing Your Information
All records are securely stored in line with UK GDPR and data protection legislation. Only authorised staff have access. We retain records only for as long as legally required or necessary for safeguarding purposes.
Your Rights
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request that incorrect or outdated information is amended
- Ask for your data to be deleted (unless we have a legal obligation to retain it)
- Withdraw your consent (where applicable)
