Pet Policy
At Parent and Child Step-down Accommodation Ltd, we recognise that pets can play a positive role in family life. However, to ensure the safety, hygiene, and comfort of all families using our service, we do not currently allow pets on the premises.
This decision is based on the shared nature of our environment and the need to manage allergies, phobias, and cultural considerations across our diverse resident group.
We understand that this may be disappointing to some families, and we will always consider emotional support animals on a case-by-case basis if supported by a medical professional and risk-assessed by the placing authority.
