We use a clear and simple Traffic Light system: Green, Amber and Red , to track how each parent is doing. This structure allows everyone involved to understand progress and areas that may need extra support, while still placing the child’s welfare at the centre.
Staff offer praise, encouragement and honest feedback in real time. We model safe, nurturing parenting and help parents apply what they’ve learned in previous placements, with the aim of supporting long-term success in the community.

That’s why we support each family to take full ownership of their day-to-day routines, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and managing their space. These aren’t chores, they’re key parts of preparing for life beyond placement.

We’ll never hover, but we’re always nearby when needed. Whether it’s learning how to batch cook or juggle mealtimes with naps, you’re supported, not supervised.

Our service isn’t just safe, it’s homely and structured. Every part of our accommodation is designed to reflect what life outside a placement will be like, with a little more support built in.
What’s On Site:
- 6 Bedrooms There are 6 ensuite bedrooms. There is a communal kitchen and living/dining area. Families share spaces while having privacy within their rooms
- The Garden & Sitting Area: A quiet, enclosed outdoor space with soft seating, ideal for fresh air, conversation, or toddler play
- Parking Facilities: Safe, on-site parking for visitors, professionals and residents with cars
- Staff Offices: Our team are visible and available, with clearly marked offices near communal areas
