Our service is suitable for families who have completed parent and child assessments and no longer require intensive oversight but still benefit from daily structure and support. This includes young parents, care leavers, NRPF families and those with low to moderate additional needs.

Professionals can expect:

Daily & Weekly Monitoring
  • Daily parenting logs recorded by trained Family Support Workers detailing routines, care tasks
Ongoing Monitoring and Daily Insight
  • Weekly summaries that consolidate observations, identify emerging themes, and highlight shifts in engagement.
  • Clear, visual tracking using our Traffic Light System (Green–Amber–Red) to flag strengths and concerns.
Structured Reflective Practice
  • Weekly reflective sessions with the key worker (parent-led and trauma-informed)
  • Strength-based feedback, tied to daily routines and care expectations
  • Identifies support needs that align with the parent’s voice
Multi-Agency Involvement
  • Attendance at LAC Reviews, Core Groups, Strategy Meetings, and other case conferences
  • Coordination with housing, health and education services to ensure continuity
  • Support with NRPF arrangements, interpreter access or culturally specific considerations
End-of-Placement Summary
  • A concise, practical final document (not an assessment)
  • Highlights daily parenting routines, challenges overcome, and readiness for the next step
  • Co-produced with the parent and written in plain English for onward services
Safeguarding & Escalation
  • Immediate safeguarding notifications to LADO and the responsible authority
  • Transparent escalation protocols for concerns (including mid-placement instability)
  • Weekly check-ins with the placing social worker
